Patrick Rady and the team at Ray Skillman Auto Mall Service Department always provide excellent service. In addition to their technical knowledge of automobiles, they have a good grasp of how to work with the people driving them ( a quality not always available at other dealerships ).

The car would not start one AM. I had a jump start. The service dept. got me in immediately for evaluation of the electrical system. Everything tested OK. A door may not have been closed properly. The technician was very friendly and helpful. The no charge was wonderful.

I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.

I was out within 45 minutes. Nice lounge to wait in and also had fresh baked cookies. Everyone I encountered that morning was very pleasant.

The process of selecting a car and getting the purchase process started was excellent. However, when it came time to sign the final papers, and we had an appointment, we still had to wait almost an hour. With 2 kids in tow, this was a bit of a frustration.

I made an appointment for service and was able to get right in. The waiting room is fantastic. Wireless Wi-Fi is provided as well as a charging station. Additionally, hot cookies, water, coffee, and hot chocolate were also available.
