I got two vehicles a year ago from RSHW and I'm very happy with the overall experience. The service department has been great every time my wife and I have been in for service or a recall. Brad always is getting us in and out, which is so appreciated during our busy weeks.
I used to love this dealership but when I recently bought my new car I feel like they purposely left out information that I needed to know. An example was that 2026 cars arnt included in the complimentary maintenance. This is HUGE. I found out after the fact that I bought a car, I honestly would have looked at 2025 vehicles for this. I think they did an amazing job. They worked with me on what I wanted and helped me see what was realistic for me.
It’s clean and most of the staff are professional and kind. Mr. Skillman really helped me out while I was purchasing my vehicle. ALL Palsade Limited come equipped with trailer hitches and the sales manager didn’t know that or else he was trying to up my price $600. In the future I suggest that the staff review what’s on the window sticker. That might have saved the manager a bit of embarrassment.

I worked with Henry to get a Kona N Performance that I had been trying to find for almost 6 months. He made an appointment with me same day and was accommodating of my asking price and finance terms. The reason for the 3 star review comes with the discrepancy about the Certified Pre-Owned certification that was supposed to come with my car.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the lot and Kendall was incredibly helpful. The entire process was as smooth and as easy a car buying process can be.
Easiest and smoothest car buying experience I ever had. Quick responses from the dealer. Never felt pressured to buy items I did not need. The sales person took time to go over all the options and settings in the used car. She even stayed after close to complete the set up of the features.

Great service, maintenance done quickly, but an error was made in one of the repairs. I was told to drop by whenever to correct the installation of the engine air filter, but this dealership is only open during hours that I work, forcing me to use my PTO from work to correct an error that could've been identified by turning on the air conditioner after installation. So now, I have to wait until I have more PTO to burn to come and fix this issue.
I am very happy with the service they ( Brantly Batton offers because the first time I went he also served me and it was equally an excellent service.

I wasn't happy with my purchase so much was wrong with my truck after I purchased it and still having issues. I have a truck that I bought and no longer want but you know how That goes. I've wasted so much time at the service dept the month of May and June it's ridiculous.

As someone who likes to drive to travel I found myself on my current trip from Massachusetts to indianapolis to visit my sick mother in a sticky situation.
