Absolutely amazing experience here!! 5 stars all the way!! Went in knowing exactly what I was looking for coming from a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport I knew I wanted something with some power. I’d been looking at the Hyundai ELANTRA N for over a year going back and forth debating if I wanted to part with my beloved Civic or not. Well seeing that this dealership had one left and it was the color I wanted I decided to give it a go. Buying a new car is never easy, it’s stressful. But coming to this dealership was the best decision I made. No haggling, no rudeness, just straight to the point with smiles and absolute care for their customers. Michael was a pleasure to work with, he made the process of getting my civic appraised, letting me test drive the new N, and everything else he made me feel welcome. Not pushy, no negativity, nothing. It’s weird to say this about a dealership but honestly I felt cared about. All my questions were answered and I wasn’t in there for more than 4 hours. Forest had accompanied Michael for the sale on the new Elantra N and he just so happened to have the same car I was buying so of course I had questions. Every one of them was answered. Lester the finance manager was so kind and walked me thoroughly through all the paperwork. With my trade in, taxes, fees everything I feel like I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I truly appreciate this team for taking care of me, for taking care of my very well loved civic, the new Elantra N and treating me with kindness. This dealership is 45 mins from me and to be honest if the service team is just as good as the sales team I’ll gladly drive here to have my car serviced. Overall it was a good experience. A little disappointed that the Kia Niro I scheduled to test drive was not available because it was on hold for someone else when I was there to buy that day. Also, the only payment option being a cashiers check is not convenient. You cannot bring one with you. Other dealerships allow personal checks and credit cards.
